1. Who we are
Gadimel is an independent team and brand operating gadimel.com. It is not currently a registered company. References to “Gadimel Corporation” on the website are branding, not a statement of incorporation. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the team operating Gadimel.
For privacy questions or requests, email info@gadimel.com.
2. Information you provide
You can read our public pages and download available free resources without creating an account. We do not currently operate a website registration system or accept payments through this website.
If you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, we receive the information you choose to share. This may include your name, email address, phone number, public profile details, message content and attachments. Please do not send passwords, card details or sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
3. Hosting and technical information
Our website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare. When your browser requests a page or file, hosting and security services process technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, request time and browser or device information to deliver content, maintain availability and protect against abuse. This technical processing is separate from the visitor statistics described below.
4. Website analytics and cookies
Our pages include Cloudflare Web Analytics to help us understand visits and page performance. It provides statistics about website usage and loading experience. Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics service does not use cookies or local storage to track visitors and does not fingerprint individuals. This does not mean that hosting and security services process no technical information.
We do not currently use advertising pixels, personalised advertising or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel on the website. Third-party websites and apps you choose to visit have their own cookie and privacy practices. Cloudflare may also use technologies required by the security features it provides.

5. Why we use information
We use correspondence to respond to enquiries, provide requested help, resolve problems and manage communications. Technical information supports delivery, security and maintenance of the site. Website statistics help us improve content and performance. We do not sell personal information or use your messages to build advertising profiles.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and maintaining a secure, useful website, where those interests are not overridden by your rights. We may also process information to comply with legal obligations. If a future feature requires consent, we will request it separately; reading this policy is not a request for consent.
6. Service providers and external links
Information may be processed by providers we use for hosting, security, email and communications, and by team members who need it to handle your request. We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary and lawful to address abuse or protect rights.
The website links to Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. Clicking a link takes you to a third-party service. Its provider may process information under its own privacy policy. These links do not mean that we control those services or their data practices.
Our service providers may process information outside your country. Applicable protections and transfer requirements depend on the service, processing location and law. Contact us if you need more information about the providers involved in your enquiry.
7. How long information is kept
We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, provide follow-up support, resolve disputes or meet applicable legal obligations. When determining retention, we consider the purpose, sensitivity and relevance of the information and whether it is still needed. Hosting, communications and analytics providers apply their own retention arrangements to information they process. We do not promise a single retention period for all provider records.
8. Your choices and requests
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict processing, request portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent where consent is used. You may also have a right to complain to the relevant data protection authority.
Send requests to info@gadimel.com. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for lawful reasons; where relevant, we will explain this.
9. Children and security
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically at children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children in circumstances requiring parental consent without that consent. If you believe a child has shared information that should be removed, contact us.
We aim to limit access to information to those who need it and use the protections available through our service providers. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our services or data practices change and revise the date above. Before introducing payments, accounts, marketing subscriptions or advertising tools, we will review the relevant privacy information and consent requirements. Where required, we will give additional notice of material changes.
